If looking for the real thing…look no further. Our authentic barrel stave flight boards are real, solid oak whiskey barrel staves. They smell, look and feel like the real thing. Every flight will be slightly different in color, smell, texture and width. However, the length will stay consistent to accommodate 3 or 4 routs.

The custom routes will be created when an order is placed according to your specifications. Therefore, we can customize your flight board to fit your glasses. (Routes cannot exceed a 2.5″ diameter).

Extra-deep laser engraving is available to the left of routs (the widest part) and/or under routs. No feet are necessary because there is a slight edge to one end to help servers pick up the flight without spilling the tasting glasses.
